Chandrasekar : I'm very sorry that this has been a disappointing experience for you. Recently the PlayStation 3 was listed with incorrect price by Target.com on our website. Unfortunately, in this case we were unable to honor the incorrect price, and your order was canceled.
Me: So a law against false advertising has no impact on the decision to cancel the orders?
Chandrasekar : As per our pricing and cancellation policy of Target.com, your orders were canceled.

I've been a faithful Amazon customer for a few years now, I think at the very least you guys should show us some politeness. A lot of people were let down

To make up this inconvenience, I'm issuing a $10 promotional certificate to your account. This amount will automatically apply the next time you order an item shipped and sold by Amazon.com. You won't need a claim code.
Me: Ten bucks? Sweet! But you know, for the whopping $40 you could get from me by sending me a Playstation 3 60GB, I think both of us would be happy.

Chandrasekar : I'm so sorry, Anna. I can't issue a $50 credit.
Me: No no, I will give you $50. All you have to do is ship out a PS3 Slim, and I'll pay for shipping.
Chandrasekar : We don't offer an exchange program so I can't send a PS3 Slim for $50.00.
